When you use P2PHelper, we collect the following information:

  • Account data: username, email address, and password (hashed)
  • Exchange API credentials: your Binance API key and secret, stored encrypted on our servers
  • Trading data: P2P order information, chat messages, and ad configurations synced from your exchange
  • Telegram data: Telegram bot token and chat IDs you configure for notifications
  • Usage data: login timestamps, pages visited, and feature usage for service improvement

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing and maintaining the P2PHelper service
  • Syncing your P2P orders and chat messages from the exchange
  • Sending Telegram notifications about orders, payments, and fraud alerts
  • Generating invoices and processing subscription billing
  • Detecting and preventing fraud through order pattern analysis
  • Improving the platform based on aggregated usage patterns

3. API Key Security

Your exchange API credentials are stored encrypted at rest. We only use permissions related to P2P trading operations (order history, chat, ads management, coin release). We do not access your spot wallet, margin accounts, or any non-P2P functionality. API keys are never shared with third parties.

4. Data Isolation

Each tenant (exchange workspace) operates in a fully isolated environment with its own database. Your trading data, messages, and configurations are not accessible by other tenants. Team members within your workspace can only access data permitted by their assigned role (Admin or Manager).

5. Data Retention

  • Completed and cancelled orders are automatically cleaned up after 24 hours
  • Chat messages are retained as long as their associated order exists
  • Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription
  • Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days

6. Third-Party Services

P2PHelper integrates with:

  • Binance API: for P2P trading operations (order sync, chat, ads, release)
  • Telegram Bot API: for sending notifications and relaying chat messages

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

7. Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (BinanceP2P_Auth) to maintain your login session. This cookie is HTTP-only, expires after 7 days of inactivity, and contains no tracking data. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

You can request to:

  • Access all data we store about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
