Terms of Service

1. Service Description

P2PHelper is a software-as-a-service platform that provides automation tools for peer-to-peer (P2P) cryptocurrency trading. The service includes real-time order monitoring, chat relay via Telegram, ad management, anti-fraud detection, and team management features.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One exchange workspace (tenant) per registration; additional workspaces require separate accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. After the trial period, an active subscription is required to continue using the service. Accounts without payment will be suspended until payment is received.

4. Pricing and Payment

• The service costs $55 per active user per month
• Invoices are generated 3 days before the billing period ends
• Payment is accepted in USDT via TRC20 network
• You have 7 days from invoice date to complete payment
• Deactivated users do not count toward billing
• No refunds are provided for partial months

5. API Keys and Security

By connecting your exchange API key, you authorize P2PHelper to perform the following actions on your behalf:

• Read P2P order history and order details
• Read and send P2P chat messages
• Read, create, and update P2P advertisements
• Release cryptocurrency for completed P2P orders

You are solely responsible for ensuring your API key has appropriate permissions. P2PHelper is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised API keys on your end.

6. Anti-Fraud System

P2PHelper includes automated fraud detection that monitors order patterns. The system may automatically lock your trading account when suspicious activity thresholds are reached. You can configure alert thresholds, but you acknowledge that automatic locks may occasionally trigger on legitimate activity. P2PHelper is not liable for any trading losses resulting from automated account locks.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activities
• Attempt to access other tenants' data or bypass tenant isolation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or stress-test the service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons

8. Limitation of Liability

P2PHelper is a trading automation tool, not a financial advisor. We do not guarantee profits or protection from losses. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Exchange API downtime or rate limiting
• Incorrect data from the exchange API
• Telegram notification delivery failures
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced via Telegram notifications when possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with 30 days notice.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm other users or the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or Telegram. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
